Garage Floor Coatings · Woodland, WA
Hot tires, dropped wrenches, road salt, oil spills — your garage floor takes a beating. We diamond-grind the slab and install an epoxy or polyaspartic system that bonds for good, wipes clean in seconds, and won't peel at the first hot tire.
Your Options
We match the system to how you actually use the garage — and the look you want.
Our most popular garage finish — a tough, slip-resistant coat in the color blend you choose. Hides imperfections and cleans easily.
See flake floorsA UV-stable, fast-cure system. When you can't lose the garage for a week, we can grind, coat, and have you parking sooner.
See polyasparticA reflective, marbled showpiece floor for the garage you actually show off. One of a kind, every time.
See metallicA clean, single-color coat — bright, professional, and easy to keep spotless. A classic for a reason.
Prefer no coating film? We can grind and polish the bare slab to a low-maintenance, high-sheen finish.
See polishingSpalling, cracks, and pitting get repaired as part of prep — so the new floor goes down on sound concrete.
Why It Lasts
A roll-on kit from the store bonds to a thin top layer of concrete — then hot tires pull it right back up. We diamond-grind the slab to a clean mechanical profile so the coating keys into the concrete itself. That's the difference between a floor that peels in a season and one that holds for years.
Garage FAQ
Yes. Hot-tire pickup is what destroys bargain roll-on kits. Because we diamond-grind and use manufacturer-spec systems rated for it, the coating stays put.
Both work well. We often install an epoxy base coat for build and a polyaspartic topcoat for fast cure and UV stability — the best of both. We'll recommend the right mix for your garage.
Most garages are a 2–3 day job. You can usually walk on the floor in about 24 hours and park on it in roughly a week, once it's fully cured.
Absolutely. Flake floors come in a wide range of blends, and we offer solid colors and metallics too. You choose the look; we make it durable.
Usually not. Crack and pit repair is part of our prep. We'll look at the slab and tell you honestly what it needs before we quote.
