Concrete Polishing · Polished Concrete

The Floor You Already Own, Made Beautiful

Polished concrete isn't a coating — it's your existing slab, mechanically ground, hardened, and polished to a clean, reflective sheen. There's no film to peel or chip, it shrugs off heavy traffic, and it's about as low-maintenance as a floor gets.

  • ✓ No coating to peel
  • ✓ Matte to high-gloss
  • ✓ Densified & sealed
  • ✓ Low-maintenance

Where It Works

One slab, many looks

From an industrial warehouse to a modern living room, the sheen and finish are up to you.

Retail & showrooms

A bright, reflective, easy-clean floor that handles carts and foot traffic without a recoat schedule.

Warehouses & shops

Hard, dust-free, and forklift-friendly. Densified concrete stands up to industrial wear.

Modern homes

A seamless, minimalist floor for open living spaces, kitchens, and basements.

Garages

Prefer a natural look over a coating? A polished slab is tough, clean, and timeless.

Sheen levels

Choose matte, satin, or high-gloss — we grind to the level of shine you want.

Stain protection

A penetrating guard helps the densified surface resist oil and spills.

Coating vs Polishing

Nothing to peel, because nothing is on top

A coating sits on the concrete; polishing transforms the concrete itself. We grind progressively finer, apply a densifier that hardens the surface from within, then polish to your chosen sheen. The result is a floor that won't delaminate, doesn't need recoating, and gets its shine from the slab — not a film.

  • Mechanically ground. Progressive diamond grinding flattens and refines the surface.
  • Chemically densified. A densifier reacts with the concrete to harden and dust-proof it.
  • Polished to spec. We finish to the sheen you want, from a soft matte to a mirror gloss.
  • Guarded. A penetrating sealer adds stain resistance without a surface film.

Polishing FAQ

What to expect

How is it different from epoxy?

Epoxy is a coating bonded on top of the slab; polished concrete is the slab itself, ground and hardened. Polishing can't peel and never needs a recoat, but it can't change the floor's color the way a coating can.

Can you polish my existing concrete?

Usually, yes. Most sound slabs can be polished. We'll assess hardness, flatness, and any damage, then tell you the realistic finish you can expect.

Will it stain?

Densified, guarded concrete resists oil and spills far better than bare concrete, but it isn't bulletproof. Wiping spills promptly keeps it looking its best.

How do I maintain it?

Dust-mop and damp-mop — that's it. No waxing, no stripping, no recoating on a schedule.
