A working floor built to take it: oil, solvents, dropped tools, jack stands and hot tires. We grind, repair and coat your shop or auto bay with a system that sweeps clean and stands up to real work.
Built for work
Shops are hard on floors. This is the build that holds up to it.
Sealed and non-porous — oil, brake fluid and coolant wipe up instead of staining.
Polyaspartic won't soften or release under hot tires and creepers.
A thick bonded build shrugs off dropped tools and jack stands.
Add flake or quartz for traction where oil and water happen.
What's under your feet
Built thicker and grippier than a basic garage coat:
Coated vs. bare
Bare concrete looks tough but it's working against you.
| Bare concrete | Recommended Coated shop floor | |
|---|---|---|
| Oil & stains | Soaks in, permanent | Wipes clean |
| Dust | Chalky, constant | Sealed, dust-free |
| Lighting | Dull, absorbs light | Reflective, brighter bay |
| Cleanup | Sweep & scrub | Quick wipe / mop |
A coated floor also makes dropped parts easier to spot and the whole shop brighter.
Good to know
No. The surface is sealed and non-porous, so oil and fluids sit on top and wipe away. Clean spills when you can and the floor stays looking sharp.
Yes — a properly ground and built coating takes point loads from jacks and stands. For very heavy equipment we'll spec a thicker quartz build.
Definitely. We can broadcast extra flake or quartz in wash bays and entry areas for more traction exactly where you need it.
